Extreme Auto Care Joe Rock Auto Care LIAR LIAR, Rip OFF Benton, Illinois

My car was taken to Auto Care in Benton ILlinois to have it detailed. The owner, Joe Rock who is a complete and total JOKE was the one handling this.

At the time My window regulator was out in my driver side window.  The window was down.  My fiencee told him this and Joe explained that he would be able to pull the glass up so that he could do the detail. 

During the detail, he broke the window.  He called and said that the window had to of broke when it was inside the door.  I knew this was not true cause it was insde the door the week  before that when Marion Ford pulled it up, nothing wrong with it then.  And when the windown kept sliding down a little at a time, I held it while it went all the way down, which was explained to Joe over the phone.

When We arrived to pick up the car, Ol Mr. Joe Rock was convenently not there.  The coward left a family member there to explain the issue. Joe had the window up with pencils so it would fall and duck tape going from the top of the glass to the side. He did not have a reciept for us either.  His family memeber (call her MS.) said that he had tried calling a glass company there in Benton to see if they could fix cracks and they couldnt.  Why would he try calling to see if it could be fixed if he didnt do it??  Also he had already called to check prices for the windows....hmmmmm.  When we left his shop we took my car to a local mechanic who said it was NO DOUBT broken from trying to be pried up with a bar.  It has fresh chips of glass and the mechanic even pointed out the chips on the outside chrome of my car where the bar had chipped off the chrome. 

The next day my fiencee called Joe to tell him we knew he did it and that we had it looked at by mechanic who agreed he did it.  Joe said he would pay for the glass.  2 weeks went by and he said he ordered the wrong window, LIAR LIAR, I gave him my VIN #.  Then another week went by and he still didnt have it.  I told hiim I was turning him into BBB and Attorney General.   He said since I was doing that he would not fix the window, However, Joe Rock had NO intentions on being a MAN and standing behind his words.

So since, i have turned him into The BBB and Attorney General. I will keep filing reports until something is done.  We was out nearly $500 for new window and to have it put in and have it re-tinted.  Which is a bunch of BS.

Do not take your car to him.  He is a total Coward and if he breaks something he will RUN RUN RUN like a little SISSY instead of being a MAN and fixing what he has messed up.
