This has been the worst company that we have ever tried to do business with. The two owners Raphael and James are very unethical and they would lie to you all the time so do not trust them at all. On April 16th we stopped at Extreme's showroom in Mansfield, TX to get a quote on a patio. They showed us some pictures of patios that they claim they have built, we ask them to come to our property to measure and give us some ideas for our patio. Raphael showed at our property and gave us some ideas and an estimate on the project, but he didn't know what he was talking about and his suggestions didn't make sense at all. After his suggestions and the reassurance that all our expectations would be met, Raphael proceeded to get the contract signed. He was very pushy and asked for a 10% down to get the project started. Raphael said that the project would start the next day and that he would bring some drawings of the project. On the 17 he showed up with a subcontractor and no drawings. The subcontractor knew what he was talking about and gave us some ideas that we liked on how the project would go. After a couple days and several phone calls no one showed up to start the project and finally Raphael decided to return our calls and promised that the project would start the next day, which never happen. After 2 weeks into this mess we start dealing directly with the subcontractor because the people at Extreme never called us or showed up to see the progress of our project. After 3 weeks we decided to get rid of them due to the lack of professionalism and the awful service that they gave us. James, the other representative, agreed to cancel the contract and refund us part of our down payment, which has not been refunded yet. We have called them several times to get our money back and they don't have the courtesy to return our calls at all. As you can see this people will do anything to get your money but be aware that they are crooks and they would never honor what they promise. If you are going to build a patio get a reputable company because Extreme does not know have to build patios at all because all their work is done by subcontractors that come and go very often.
