I put 18 clients with matthews and only 2 got any good results. NONE got what we were promised. He promised he would get them $160k to $240k in funding....the highest we got was a $30k Capital One card. 

He got belligerent and quit taking calls. If you want to get scammed, this is the guy to hire.

On this file you contracted us to clean his EQ only as his TU was clean.  However, we found 2 items on XP just like EQ so we hit that bureau for free.  Here is what the results were after round 1.  Remember, we can make no guarantees as to timeframe or results per the law which is clearly stated in our contract however, we do stay with each client for 6 full months or until their derogatory items have been removed. Results on Eric (Last name and personal info redacted to protect client): TU started clean, EQ had 2 late 2 collections(they happened to be same accts) both deleted, XP had the same 2 late colections and 1 was deleted 1 remained as of 1/14/18 but I have been unable to pull a new XP report to this point.       Have a nice day!

They just see all the negative exposure your company has.  NEWSFLASH...ECS Image is already tarnished and was long before I started...So you need not worry about it becoming any further damaged.  You're already at the lowest point considering all the information I've already read about you and your partner and the scams you have ran on people.

I believe the general public is well aware of the services you provide and the customer service you give.  You've done a great job by exposing your customer's personal files without their permission or knowledge which constittutes a breach of privacy considering you gave an individual's name of who you think they may belong to.  Incorrectly I might add, but I'm sure when that person does find out, you'll have hell to pay the captain.

There is no file that we have had for five months.  We have cleaned all your files Leanne Turner.  We are in contact with rip off report as to WHY our before and afters were not posted.  All personal information was properly redacted however they still choose not to post it.  NO WORRIES we are in contact with them to get them corrected.  We will post every single  before and after on here. I will not let you smear our company when we have done a great job with these clients.  She knows i have the before and afters.  Shes very aware.  This lady is out of her mind.  She uses a google number and a very generic email address.  I have both her numbers.  We will not stand bye and allow this type of slander on us When we did what we were suppose to no question.  Please contact us for befores and afters on her files.  We are currently working with RIP OFF to aloow us to post them publically.  

Perfect Example of how they operate. Would you want to do business with a company that would put Clients personal information on a website without their permission.  And I'm not sure of whom you are speaking of but I'm another Client...LOL...That got ripped off by you.  Dang Billy, you're racking up the charges Buddy...My advice to you is slow down because exposing folks personal info without their permission is a sure-fire lawsuit you are welcoming.

Nice try, Every single file you have sent us we have before and afters.  Not smart to write something about a company that has done right by you.  I know who you are.  I have every single client you have sent.  Sad thing is we HELPED your clients tremendously.  We have gone above and Behond to make sure your clients had a fresh Start.  We have made sure your clients were well taken care of to say the least.  You were upset because the time frame was not what you wanted because of the Holidays, However soon after your files came out.  They came out perfect.  We have NEVER nor will EVER do anything illegal.  Our goal is to help clients better there credit situation which in your case we have on every single file except one file that is due out this week.  I dont understand how a company such as ours that went out of there way to help your clients deserves this type of writng on Rip Off Report.  However you know what we have done and your clients also know.  I find it very sad that a company such as ours who has been around a while and takes customer service seriously we get this kind of treatment.  Its very unfortunate.  I will check with our legal team to see what information has to be redacted on before and afters to post them on here to validate our work and what we have done for you and your clients.  I do however apologize that your not 100% satisfied.  Im not sure WHY you included the Name of Tamara on here she has nothing to do with our company.  She has not and has NEVER been involved in our company.  Im not sure why the personal attacks either when we have clearly done our job.
