I am a deployed soldier in Afghanistan. I ordered a Dirt Bike from this company as a Christmas present for my son back in Alaska. I ordered this the first week of Dec. and have heard NOTHING since. He hasn't gotten it, and I have tried calling, e-mailing many MANY times and they have not responded at all.
I just can't believe that I am away from my family for more than a year, serving my country, and there are companies like this that get away with stealing my money! His dirt bike was 1,300 dollars, and I know he will not only never get his Christmas present, but I will never see that money again. Something HAS to be done about this. It hurts my heart so bad. I don't need this on top of everything else that is going on over here. This company needs to be stopped. They even stole an extra 200.00 for shipping to Alaska!

You never got ripped off. Your dirt bike was shipped but it takes time to receive in ALASKA at a residential address. Ask any freight company. I am sorry that you think you had to write this but it is not true.
She has had this for at least 4 months. I dont know where this comes from. Sorry. But even your letter you sent us did not have your number for a number for osmeone else and we left a message there. I also emailed you and that other person on the letter with the tracking when it was shipped.
We appreciate all that you and our other soldiers do over there. Believe me.
