For a Company that it has been in buisness for many years you would think that this company will pay the employees a better salary for all the work they do. At the beging of my carreer with EXXON was just a dream. After Exxon send me to school to become one of their androids and baby sit their stores for 40-64 hours a week on a salary of $350.00 a week net. It is all a joke.
For a company that makes billions of dollars in profit by the Americans. This is a corporation that makes buisness with a dictator in Africa that deals with stolen diamonds from their workers that this country has a worst poverty than the USA. It dose not make any sence for the people that purchase any EXXON Product , Fuel,Food etc. If you think economy is bad and gas prices are high just wait and see who will be in buisness in 60 years from now.!!!!!!
This is a company that their executive everyday they eat the best steaks and the best lobster meals that you can ever emagine. At the executive Bldg. on the CEO office break area they have the best meals you can ever have and their luch time of 1-2 hours. While the MIT,SM,TM, they only have a 30 min. break and sometimes you have to eat and take care customers at the same time. This is enought for today!!!

In fact, Exxon does not own any gas stations anywhere. Every Exxon/Mobil gas station is owned by a private individual, or 3rd party corporation. Since you work for a private citizen, and NOT Exxon, your complaint is with yourself.
You see, you agreed to the salary you are paid. It's your own fault.
As for the profits Exxon earned, they amount to 9% of their gross sales. That is pathetic. Most businesses operate on much higher margins. In auto repair, the bare minimum is 70% GPM. This usually gives the shop about 25% net. As you see, 9% is very low.
You have no real complaint, but at least you were able to espouse your anti-capitalist views.
