Eye Endear/Skin Endear FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! Buffalo New York

 Skin Endear and Eye Endear is a complete and total scam! Please don't fall into the same trap I did. Once they have your credit card it will be charged over $180 in addition to the shipping charges you had agreed to. I wanted to try this product so I went online and filled out my information. I agreed to pay only shipping charges for what was supposed to be "FREE" 30 day samples which totaled about $11 for both products. Exactly two weeks later, I find two charges on my bank statement totaling more than $180. I didn't even have the product for a week let alone 30 days! I called the phone number for the company which I got off of my statement. I proceeded to ask for my money back only to be told that there are no refunds(unheard of when you are trying a free sample let alone wrongly charged) and that I had agreed to their terms and conditions. There are no terms or conditions for free samples. Long story short, the man on the phone refused to give me back my money. I have called my bank and reported these two charges as fraudulent and unauthorized and will be receiving my money back. Do not let this company rip you off. Report them to outlets such as this and by all means call your bank and out them as the frauds they are!!!
