Eye Spy Shopping Inc. sent a check to me for 3650.00 I took it to the bank and they cashed it. I recieved a phone call from the bank about a week later, the bank rep. told me i had 5 hours to come up with the money for the check they cashed from this Co. turns out it was a SCAM. Now I'm looking at 1-3 yrs in jail over this scam. I actually thought it was from a survey I had filled out for Wal-Mart. I honestly believe I shouldn't have to pay all the money back since the bank rep. said from her own mouth she should've not cashed it without looking over it first. That's what they have insurance for, right? I dont deny that I should payback half the money but I think the bank should pay the other half. I'm a single mother of two and we live on $485.00 a month, which is death benifits from my daughter's father, who just past away in Oct.'09. I don't have any of the money and I wished I'd never recieved the check. My daughter's b-day is the 8th and the 7th i will be picked up on this Stupid Scam. Please help me if there is any way possible before the 5th.
