I got my eyewear prescription from my doctor and took it to EyeMaster's in Flagstaff, AZ since they accepted my vision plan.

I ordered my glasses, and went back to pick them up two weeks later. I took them home, 200 miles away, and after careful inspection, the lenses were wobbly and almost popped out. I immediately called EyeMaster's and they told me to bring them back in, I did so the next day. They said it would take another 2 weeks.

They didn't call in 2 weeks, so I called them. My glasses had been sitting there for 3 days. I drove another 200 miles, only to find that the lenses had ripples from the coating. These ripples were very visible. At first, the salesperson insisted it was a smudge, then she tried wiping them off. So they had to be reordered AGAIN!

As you can imagine, I was furious by then. I asked if they were ever going to get my eyeglasses finished correctly. So I go back again in another two weeks. This time I wanted to make sure these were the correct pair, so I took out my contact lens. I told the salesperson they were soft lens, and she soaked them in hard lens solution. Words cannot express my anger! Not only did they soak my contact lens in the wrong solution, the brand new eyeglasses had scratches on the lens.

All they could do was REORDER the glasses and offer me free prescription sunglasses with the same type of frames and lens. I accepted the offer, reordered my glasses and called again in two weeks.

This time, I made the manager double-check to see if my glasses and sunglasses were not defective in any way. She said they looked perfect and were ready to be picked up. I go back to the place in a couple of days. To my disappoint, the glasses were NOT PERFECT and they forgot to order my prescription sunglasses. The edges of the lenses were not professionally polished, and it still had a few small scratches.

By this time, I was fed up with the many trips I made to EyeMaster's. And when I received my prescription sunglasses, I found that they just tinted the lens of the defective pair I kept returning to them. I know this because the frames had a small scratch in the front and the lens were wobbly.

I will NEVER go to another EyeMaster's and will tell this to anyone who plans on getting eyewear. Remember, EyeMaster's have a 14-point guarantee they must abide by, which they never did!
