This company offered a trial for 4.95 plus shipping and handling, this is how they get your credit card number. I tried the product and it broke me out so I didn,t use anymore. No foul no harm. The next thing I kmow I recieve a package from these people I didn,t order. I look on my bill to find a number and I notice several charges on my bill.

I call the number and they explain that I did not cancel in 14 days so I was automaticly charged. I never agreed to this or authorized them to charge my card. I wanted to return the package I was told if I send it back I still would not get my money back. After several minutes of complaining and speaking to a supervisor I was offered 70% of my money back.

I was charged 85.95 on one date and 89.95 on the very next day. I am sure that I will receive another charge for the package I received. I demanded a refund I was told I could not receive one. I said your product broke me out, are you telling me I can't return the unused portion of a product that I was not satisfied with? I was informed I could not.

What a rip off this is America I can't return something and get a refund? Can this people get away with this kind of thing? 175.90 plus whatever the charge is for the package that I can't return unused for a 4.95 trial you have to be kid me!!
