on their website i was told that for $1.00 i could try a sample of their product and would have a one-week product sample sent to me and that i have (15) days to cancel if i am not happy with product no further dues . on their website it states "if you cancel during the free trial period,you will be given (15) days from the day you cancel to return unused portion of eyepothisis in order to ensure u will not be billed for the months supply" so i decided to gov ahead and order .

 I recieved the package in my mail box july 8th, after trying it over the weekend i was not pleased as my eyelids begin to peel. i discontinued use and called wed july 8th to cancel i recieved an atomated message saying the cancellation went threw no need to take any further actionand thank you  for trying product. Friday july 10th i went to my bank to find out they had billed me $78.41 on the day i canceled. thinking this must be some mistake. I called on monday july 18th to explain them i think they made a mistake,

i wass told that they dilvered my package july 2nd to my door and that my free trail period was over no refund will be issued, i informed them that that was inccorect i recieved in my mail box on the 8th, i asked her to look into i was told no. upset at that point i asked to speak to a supervisor and was denied the right after becoming more upset i was told by the same lady she was the supervisor,at that point i pointed out to her it was against the law to deny me the right to speak to her boss or supervisor i was put on hold for 35 minutes & then hung up on.

 extremly upset i called back and demanded a supervisor either speak with me or transfer me to a voicemail for one after 30 more minutes on hold, Dianna employee id 5811 stated to be in charge and told me i will not recieve a refund even after i stated that they were performing an unfair buisness act and false advertising,  i offered to return product was told no need and no refund, i informed them i would be contacting the better buisness bural with my dispute she refused to give me her last name and i was only to recieve her employee id number.
