Eyes on the Green Robert Gregg OD Sold me faulty glasses Windsor California

This office sold me a pair of designer frames that have broken 4 times in 1.5 years with very little wear.  When I asked for them to fix them for free the 4th time (I had to pay the first 3 times) I was told that they would of course have them fixed for free becuase they are obviously faulty frames.  I then received numerous rude emails from their office manager refusing to help me and basically ordering me to come pick up my broken glasses.  I then wrote a letter to the owner of the business explaining the situation and sent it registered mail so that he would have to sign for it and the office manager signed for the letter and Im 100% he never even saw it.  I have also requested the manufacturer's contact info 3 seperate times to no avail.
