Eyessentials Eye Rejuvenation Serum Skin optics anti-wrinkle skin cream Credit card scam- lures you in with a "free trial" with NO mention of heavy fees following Santa Ana CA Internet

 Eyessentials (claiming to be a "sister company" with Skin Optics) has advertisements online for a free trial of their products with only a shipping fee. What they do NOT mention is that you will then be charged after 14 days for 89.95 per product per month! There is NO MENTION of an auto-ship agreement, or of the 89.95 fee. This is absolutely a credit card scam. Once I realized, I called Eyessentials asking to cancel the products within the 14 days and they did not allow me to. Instead, they extended my trial for another 14 days and told me I need to call back at that time if I want to cancel and they will not charge me. Meanwhile, I was charged 89.95 for the Skin Optics product. I had to call the "other number" which was in tiny little lettering on the bottle. There, they told me there was nothing they could do because I talked only to their "sister company" and not to them directly. The woman hung up on me. I called again to get a different representative and she could only offer me a 50% refund "as stated in the terms and conditions" which I did not see anywhere. After that debacle with Skin Optics I called Eyessentials back requesting to cancel the product now. She said she cannot do that and I need to wait until the last day of the extended trial time they gave me and that I would not be charged but that I have to call THAT day for them to agree to cancel, no sooner. She gave me more crazy reasons why I should keep using the product, saying it must be irritating to my skin because I use it in the daytime and not the evening because in the daytime your body is under stress and at night it is not.... I cannot wait to just wipe my hands clean of this scam. I'm not happy I paid 45 dollars for nothing but it's better than the full 89.95 so I accepted the 50% refund. They are extremely rude when you call to complain even when you are polite and patient with them. I think they're tired of sitting there defending their scheme and having people calling upset all day long.
