This company attempted to do an ACH debit to my mom's account for a service she never signed up for nor has need of. The bank saw the charges and thought they might be fraudulent so called to verify and refused to process the charges. They prey on elderly and others and get your information and rerecord that to make multiple charges to unsuspecting consumers accounts.
