Ez Auto Movers Destroyed the front end of my vehicle and duct taped it! Lynbrook New York

I called them to move my car from washington state to Georgia. They were an entire day late coming to pick up my car, and the drivers did not speak any english. They finally came around 9pm so it was already dark out. We did a vehicle inspection and nothing was wrong with my vehicle as also noted by driver inspecting it. We even took pictures.

I wanted them to drop off my car after i got to georgia so we could do a drop-off inspection. I had to stop at our families places along the way down, so i was expecting to take around 10 days. Well I haven't even been on the road for 4 days, and they said they're dropping off my car at a wal-mart parking lot! Without me even there!

They hid my key on top of my rear tire... So i had to cut my trip short and get to my car. I called ez automovers and they said they could do nothing. I finally get to my car about 2 days later, it is COVERED in mud, completely. My front bumper was cracked in half, and duct taped! and the black piece a little further towards the back is dragging on the ground.

I right away called ez automovers and they kinda kept putting me off, saying "oh joes not here, you're going to have to speak with him". this went on for over a month! Finally i got to talk to that guy named Joe, he was rude as hell. He said they won't do anything because there's no proof the shippers did it since there was no drop-off inspection report.

So i still don't know what to do, i know i got ripped off bad. The actual drivers themselves were called Tony's Transport out of Spokane, WA. Dont use either of these.
