THIS COMPANY HAS SCAMMED THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FROM PEOPLE AND COMPANIES.
There are messages board everywhere warning people.
The company called EZ-Charge aka Global Commerce Solutions (GCS) Corp. Doreen Le Pichon, Brian Wong. Andrew Chun
For example: www.global-bill.com and www.ez-charge.com is a con. They charge $2500 for an account but you dont actually get anything. You just end paying the money to some latvian bank.
The bank accout is under Global Commerce Solutions (GCS) Corp. They have an account at the Paritate Bank JSC in Riga Latvia. This bank has been notified, but no one at Paritate Bank seems to care the intregity of it's clients.
