EZ Eyes A trademark of APG Ripoff, Misleading Advertising Internet

EZ Eyes advertises on Fox News for extra large, easy to use computer keyboards that can light up at night with a double offer (BOGO) for only $14.95 plus P&H, and with just P&H for second keyboard.  And I was charged $10.00 for each keyboard to light up.

When I phoned in my order, I was asked if I wanted the BOGO, and I said sure.  When they arrived, the package was two boxes taped together and each box contained two keyboards!

That is a total of four keyboards (who needs FOUR keyboards???) in this order. 

When I tried one keyboard, I found that it didn't light up.   And when I checked my credit card bill, the total was $101.60!!

I of course called EZ Eyes and asked what the $101.60  covered, and was told that because I ordered the BOGO, the charge was for four keyboards at $14.95 for each pair of keyboards and $7.95 P&H for each keyboard, plus the $10.00 each for light up capabilities. 

When I advised them that my keyboards didn't light up, I was told that I had to place them outside in the sunshine so that they could absorb the light and they would then light up.   For this feature, the charge was $10.00 each! 

They advertise a 30-day money back guarantee.  I have the keyboards boxed up, taped together, addressed and am taking them to the post office tomorrow to return them - within the 30 days, of course.  They promised me a refund for the four MINUS P&H - $31.80!!
