EZ Filing - Bankruptcy Software Bad Program/No Technical Support Denver, Colorado

The bankruptcy software provided by EZ Filing, a Denver, CO concern, not only fails to properly process some of the most basic debt and asset information but, in addition, also fails to provide a mechanism for manually overriding what the program does incorrectly.  Even more maddening, however, is the completely unhelpful technical support desk, which answers virtually every question about how one might be able to solve the problem with the phrase "we can't give any legal advice."  Trying to determine how the data can be entered so that it prints out properly on the forms which need to be filed with the Bankruptcy Court certainly does not involve the rendition of any legal advice -- it is a purely technical inquiry -- but the robotic technical support individual I spoke with answered essentially every question in that fashion.  I would suggest that any practitioner seeking useful bankruptcy software do business with one of the number of other providers of this type of product.
