EZ Finance Auto Mohammed & Frank DOWN PAYMENT SCAM CALUMET CITY ILLINOIS

mohammed is a scam artist who only want your money & dont care about customer service. my mom went to his car lot EZ FINANCE to obtain a car & financing of course she got credit issues that is why she  went to that subprime lender car lot. he told us if we give him 500.00 dollars we can take the vehicle home that he was trying to finance. he has notices on his wall in the office stating no refunds on final deals. we did not sign a finance contract yet & we had this vehicle for a about four days. in that time we had the car, the defrost didnot work. noise was coming from the bottom of the car. the tires was all messed up, we had to keep putting air in them. we took the car back to them on the second day we had the car & they claimed they fixed the defrost & tires but we still had problems with the defrost & tires. then on the fourth day the gear got stuck in park & the car would not start. we called mohammed & he sent someone to get the car & told us to come & pick out another car & also bring in another 500.00 dollars. now again we are not financed yet & i told him that i wanted my down payment back because i dont want to do business with them. mohammed told me to sue him because he was not returning my money. I have contacted my lawyer & i will do just what he told me. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE AGAINST THIS CAR LOT. THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY & THEY SELL HORRIBLE CARS WITH BOGUS WARRANTIES THAT DO NOT COVER ANYTHING. THEY PREY ON PEOPLE WITH CREDIT ISSUES & TREAT THEM LIKE DIRT.
