This company will tell you anything and everything to get you to purchase a pool.  Here is what I was told by salesman Bob Pace along with the truth of our experience.

1. "This is so simple to install that you can do install it by yourself."  This was completely not the case.  The frame has to be malleted together to get it to fit.  It took FOUR people to setup a 7 x 12 pool.  The salesman assured me that this was something that I could do by myself.
   
2. Unusual pricing practice.  I purchased a gas heater in lieu of the standard electrical heater to save on operating costs.  The company did NOT deduct the cost of the regularly supplied heater but instead added the full price of the gas heater to the original price of the pool.
3. I was told that I could install this heater myself using my existing gas dryer line and gas dryer vent.  This was NOT the case and had I done this I could have potentially caused a fire and/or done structural damage to my home.  The owner's manual explicitly states that the installation needs to be done by a professional plumber because of the special venting that is required for an indoor installation.  This cost me an additional $900 to have the appropriately sized gas line installed along with the double-walled vent that was also required.  Additionally, I have to hire an electrician to verify the connections and to decide whether or not an additional circuit will need to be run.  I have already installed a GFCI outlet and switched the heater to 110vac but the owners manual specifically states that failure to have a professional plumber and electrician perform the installation will automatically void the warranty.
4. The internal liner does not fit properly and needs to be manipulated/folded around the corner areas which you quickly discover if you look closely at the pictures on their web-site.  The do not tell you how to do this or how to keep these folds in place when filling your pool plus you need strong hands to do this!
   
5. The company does NOT appear to answer the phone if you're an existing customer but they will, however, pick up the phone if you block your number and immediately call back just so that they might not miss an opportunity for a potential sale (speculation here but this has been my experience to date and have done this at least twice to get a human).
6. The salesman, Bob Pace, will not even reply to e-mail even if it is just to say "Hey, I'm sorry that you're having such problems with our product".
7. All sales are final so you have no recourse with this company except to literally bend over and take it.  So as of now, I am out $7,280 for the pool, $900 for the plumber, hundreds of dollars in wasted water, fixing leaks, purchasing additional hoses, stop valves, pool chemicals, etc and God knows what I will spend hiring an electrician.
8. The salesman, Bob Pace, went out of his way to slam a very well known swimspa manufacturer when in fact, I could have gone with that other company, spent less money for a solid wall modular swimspa and had a very nice guarantee and warranty to go with my purchase and a much better support response.  This should have been a red flag from the get go.
9. It was not until after the fact that I had found several troubling reviews online.  Had I found these beforehand, I would not have gone with this company as apparently it has a long history of unresponsive support and unethical business practices (such as selling a $7,280 pull to a cardiac patient and telling said person that they would be able to install this by themselves when in fact not one but TWO professionals will need to be hired as per the manufacturer's instructions or you void the warranty on the heater and/or the filter.)

The company had no way of purchasing directly online but instead I had to give my credit card number to them and they ran the transaction(s) manually.
