EZ STORAGE EVIL, LIARS, SCAMMERS, NO MERCY, RIP OFF, BULLIES, HATEFUL, MANIPULATIVE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Westminster, Maryland

Ok. Let me start off by laughing. These people running ez storage in Westminster are an absolute joke.

First off the name your going to want to remember is the name Cathy. She is mean and nasty to speak with. She will shoot sharp words at you and yell at you. She will try and bully you and tear you down but really she is just pathetic. So just beware of what an abusive person she is before you think about speaking with her. She might get physically agressive with you. She has gotten in my face before so be cautious.  These are observations based on the experience I had with her. She will also call you on your phone to harrass you and give you a hard time. So be careful. She is like a ticking time bomb

Now onto the ez storage ripoff. I was foolish enough to think a company like this would be good but they are not. Let me explain. It took me about 2 months before I realized the character and integrity of a sham company like them. They will show you NO mercy. If you are even a few minutes late...you are going to have to pay. And pay you will. During my time of using their storage facility I was treated like trash. I was treated like nothing more then the trash in their dumpster that people are not allowed to use. If you have trash...you have to take it out yourself. Your not allowed to use their trash dumpsters. Thats ridiculous. Especially when those greedy suckers jacked my rent up after a few months of renting. You will not be able to get into your storage unit or access anything if you bill is not paid. And I mean if you are a second late "litterally" the system shuts down and you are unable to get to your things.

They will hold your property hostage and then say "It's in your contract" thats their favorite line..."It's in your contract" The late fee's will be accessed and you have no choice. No mercy, no understanding. Just the phrase "it's in your contract" and "we are running a business not a soup kitchen".

Are you serious? What a common b*****d to say that to me after only being a few minutes late on a payment. EVIL people like that will rot in hell and Jesus will tell them the same thing. "Sorry, it's in the bible...do unto others...ok, hope you like it hot"

I received a phone call today being bullied and phone harrassed to pay for another months rent because I had left something in there. I told them I was not driving back down there again and I was not paying them for another months rent...understand...

Before I could remove what they wanted me to I had to pay them another months rent (over $100) just to remove a small piece of trash. I just removed everything because of these people. So what happened? I was told they are putting a lock on the unit and they are going to charge me for a months rent and any fee's they felt like because it was "in my contract". Then she began to tell me about how then they would sell what was left in the unit and then send the insane and ridiculous bill to a collection agency. All this for a piece of trash. Screw that. Keep the trash and do whatever.

People beware of these people. They are horrible and they will try and bully you out of your hard earned money. They have no sympathy and no compassion. They have no mercy and will not grant you grace. I am hoping everyone who reads this will turn away and find another storage unit to use. It is not worth it. Spend your money else where. I was once on my way to pay the bill. Our address in in mid PA so it takes a while to get to Westminster. I got there right as they were locking the door. It takes 2 minutes to pay the bill. Well again no mercy. I was told "sorry about your luck but you should have thought about that before paying your bill late". "You should have left sooner". "Thats not my problem you can't make it on time...you should have thought about that and been responsible enough to leave sooner". I had 3 hernia's I was dealing with so getting things done took me a little bit longer to do. They were horrible and made me feel like I was a worthless piece of trash. I wanted to remove my things from there but they would not do anything about it. Starting to get the picture Mr. Kodak? These are horrible people.

Now for the last issue. The "online" site. What a joke. It does not work and it is a scam. They have been told about this for years and still nothing. Read the other ripoff report about ez storage. The website is fake and does not work. That is the first way they took us for a months rent we never wanted and late fee's that were unfair. Their website is deliberately not functioning so you will be fooled and be stuck into paying them money. Theyu know about it and still have done nothing to fix it.

Remember their words We are running a business...it's in your contract"...These morons have no idea what it means to run a business because they treat everyone like meat. People have been wising up but not before it has been too late and they move on to the next person they are going to manipulate. They are friendly and treat you like gold to get you in and then it is down hill from their. Their true colors come out and the face of Satan can be clearly seen. They are greedy and will do anything including things dishonest to make a buck. No matter who they screw or how they go about it. They are running a business right? Well they have no heart or conscience. What those morons depend on is a sucker. They prey on unsuspecting people with a good, trusting heart. Then they dig their claws into them and rip them apart. However they will have their place in hell. People like this will rot in a place like that unless they repent. They are evil.

I am writing in to the BBB and consumer protection about this. The FCC will also be contacted about this issue.

So in ending after Cathy threatened me, tried to bully me into paying them another months rent just to get into my unit and remove the trash then being stuck with an empty storage unit for another month, she stated she would then put a lock on the unit, charge me for rent (however long they felt like doing so), sell what was left (yeah...sell trash-go for it.Ha ha ha...morons) and then give the debt off to collections.

Sounds pretty bad huh? Yeah and this is the short cleaned up version. These people are horrible. So please be aware of these people and do not use them. Send the word out that they are horrible and stay away. If not dont blame me when you get screwed. So Thats it. I laughed at her and told her go for it. Waste your time and sell the trash that was left in it. Remember...if you are a second late you can not get into your unit, even to remove a small piece of trash. It's all done electronically.

So there you have it. Hope this saves you from making a huge mistake. They are mean and nasty people with a lust for money. Very greedy with no heart. They will show you no mercy and grace is not in their vocabulary. BEWARE if you should speak with her or her partner.
