I ordered a set of MICRO LINED Antibacterial vacuum bags part# 3670148001-g3. They sent me stock Dirt Devil bags # 3-670147-001 which do not filter down to .5 microns and ARE NOT antibacterial.
I wrote them and called...there response is that these are better bags!!! I tried them on ash as that is what I use the MICRO LINED bags for and the ash came right out of the bags!
I wrote them again and called them two more times and they refuse to respond! I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to get my money back!
BUYER BEWARE!!!! I should have looked into the company before I purchased as they have done this to multiple people before! I have never seen a company like this in my 10 years of placing orders on the net. I hope the dont last long.
