Unfortunately, the software I purchased from www.ezbankruptcyforms.com for $44 had many bugs, including failing to save data, auto-calculate, and auto-populate, all of which the site claims its software program does. When I turned to customer support for assistance, I received a response from a James, who told me I was the problem, not the software, then wished me luck on my bankruptcy, which he condescendingly typed in capital letters. In most states, anyone filing bankruptcy must value their personal property on their schedules, including their clothing, electronics, books, and the like. I may have wasted money on this software, but I also saved time because it's one less thing to value on my schedule, as it's worthless.

The poster to the original Ripoff Report goes by the ghost name of “Craig Allen”, and Craig’s real name is Elizabeth Mosh.

Although it may be hard to have someone reading this response believe me that the IP address of her email matches the IP address of the person submitting this complaint, I may be able to first prove that Craig Allen IS Elizabeth Mosh, then show supporting evidence that Elizabeth Mosh will be filing for bankruptcy within the next couple of weeks, and that Elizabeth Mosh is filing for bankruptcy on her own without ever purchasing software from us (or, what we believe by past events, anyone else), and is filing a false report as a retailiatory action for not being given free legal advice of free bankruptcy software.

First, our records state that at no time did a person named Craig Allen ever purchase our software.  I can understand that since bankruptcy is a sensitive issue, a person posting may want to use a pseudonym to remain anonymous.

Secondly, her claim that the software "had many bugs" has no detail as to what those bugs are, because she in fact never purchased our software.

Third, eight hours before the complaint on this website was filed, a person named Elizabeth Mosh emailed us regarding an issue that, for the most part, matches what is stated on the complaint.  You can find that email chain here:

www.EZBankruptcyForms.com /Elizabeth-Mosh-email-chain.html

That link will show supporting evidence that Craig Allen’s/ Elizabeth Mosh’s complaint is dishonest.

As you can see, there IS detail about “exempting possessions” in the complaint, because that part of her complaint is partially true (that was the original theme of the email), minus all her vendictive embellishments about the phrase “Good luck with your bankruptcy” being in all caps.

It is very clear that the complaint is directly related to the email chain.

Elizabeth Mosh has posted a false complaint on us in order to discredit us.  I guess what she doesn’t understand is that, in doing this, she is also letting anyone with internet access know of her bankruptcy for years to come.  If this complaint stays up to discredit us, we will have no recourse but to defend ourselves on our website, including pointing out how to see exactly how to check if there was in fact a person named Craig Allen and/or Elizabeth Mosh that in fact did file for bankruptcy shortly after this complaint was submitted.
