this company tells you they are not eps 90 , there are several indipendent companies out there, they work thier sales people for hours on end , dont provide enough trainng , and dont pay you unless they make money, they make false promises, they tell merchants, the equipment cost 4800 dollars when in fact you can get the same stuff for less then 1000.00
if they come into your store , run them out ,they will say anythingto lock you in , they tell you you cant cancel your lease , its a lie, everyone can cancel your lease at any time , they saythey can sue you or take you to court its a lie, if you cancel simply close your account so they cant get any more of your money.

#2 Consumer Suggestion
Looking for info on the "career" opportunity with EZ Check Pro?
AUTHOR: Anonymous - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, May 19, 2011
As most of us know, there are many predatory companies that post job opportunities on salesjobs, careerbuilder, monster, and others. I had received many bogus offers for employment, business opportunities, and the such...then I got an email from EZ Check Pro saying they found my resume online. I wanted to find out a little more to see if it was legit, but I couldn't find any information on them and it seemed intentional, but wasn't for sure. Their job description says they get many applicants daily and they will only be choosing a select few which struck me as odd that they were contacting me. Not sure why they would be contacting me if they were so busy. You can read their job descriptions online, they're everywhere and you can see exactly why I was suspicious. Now, I'm not saying they are a ripoff or a scam, but after email I got from them, I want to warn others what they are getting into so they can make an informed consumer decision. I soon realized the laughable nature of the situation after sending an email and getting a flooring response in return. Keep in mind they contacted me and here is what I asked in response to their engagement:
"Hello,
Thank you for your email. I would be more than happy to discuss this opportunity. 100% commission is my game for nearly 10 years. I can show tax returns proving nearly 450k in income AFTER expenses for the last 3 years.
Prior to discussing this opportunity, I will need these questions answered:
1. What 24+ year old company do you represent?
2. What is your physical address?
3. What is your registered company name and in what state(s)?
4. Are appointments pre-set? If so, how many per day can I expect?
5. Is there a fee to get started?
6. Are there references available of other Independent Agents that I will have access to speak to?
I realize these questions might be addressed in an interview process, however in an effort to legitimize this opportunity, save us both valuable time, and weed out the typical riff raff associated with salesjobs.com opportunities that want you to spend an hour listening to someone talk then try and ask for money, I will appreciate your cooperation.
Thank you in advance and please have an excellent day."
Here is what I got in return and sounds a lot like the "employee" above. :
WOW, where do I start with a guy like you. A person who tells a potential employer not to waste his time and for me (not you) to jump through hoops! All I can say to that is WOW. I like you have had an excellent career and that's why I'm working for myself and have owned 2 auto dealerships until I thought I could retire 3 years ago and realized I enjoy work more than golf.
1. How would you process over 75 applicants a day. Would you have a process in place in which to accommodate all or cater to one? Please don't waste your time, but allow me to waste mine.
2. I represent a company that I have had to sign a non-compete, non-disclosure with and you are asking me to circumvent this because you think this is some fraudulent email scam. If it's good enough for me, it will have to be good enough for you. Every one who is in my organization signs the same form as I do, then you too would know way before you hire on who they are and what they do and what their reputation is with plenty of time to investigate them. Definitely not trying to hide who they are, this industry demands this due to the nature of the beast. This would be clearly evident to you at that time. We usually talk this through on a phone call. By circumventing my process it puts this in a whole different light.
Let me make an exception with you due to your high distrust issues and to defend my honor.(riff raff)My company name is Profit Solutions 90 LLC dba Ez Check Pro LLC, licensed in the state of Washington, everything else is public record.Check me out on scams r us or whatever blog site you choose. Blog sites that prey on businesses because they hide behind the 1st amendment and let people write and defame without signing their name to the allegations and hope the business owner will be insulted enough to give them money to find out who posted the blog so they can go to court and sue the slanderer. I'm obviously way to proud of my 37 years (as if you can't tell) of being forthright and honest, anything less than this would demean my professionalism that I have earned.
I've been a hunter and on commission all my life, appointments? If I didn't include a copy of my Job Post, my apologies. I'm looking for experienced B2B hunters. A true pro creates his own success by referrals (these are always your best appointment) but who wants some $15 dollar an hour employee at a call center decide his destiny so they can hit their appointment per day bonus. That's why I don't provide appointments, just leads. Leads are given to a professional to make an appointment rather than chase his tail going to an appointment that is non-qualified. (that's a waste of time)
The only expense("is there a fee to get started") that's required of you is: strong discipline, great and untiring work ethic, a passion for helping people, letting nothing get in your way to your personal and professional goals, and above all else, Honesty and integrity. I've been an independent business owner most of my adult life and I have a soft spot for independent business owners. They have and will continue to shoulder this great economy of our country squarely on their backs. They just watched the bull***t on wall street and the mortgage industries put our country on death row and on top of that they have witnessed our politicians give a bail out to the criminals that put them in this shape.
Well, that's what we are doing in our riff raff company, we are giving the small business owner a hand up, not a hand out. We are fixing their problems with a real and proven program that will give them a way to pull themselves up. Our program is governed and regulated by federal law, research the check 21 law that was enacted in 2005. In our industry, riff raff goes to prision.
My agents are special people, their inventory is their time, sorry but you're really not that special to take one minute of that from them. They followed the process and had an intelligent discussion with me or my staff and made a decision to move forward.
For a person that has such a low opinion of SalesJobs.com ("typical riff raff associated with salesjobs.com") why in Gods green world is your resume posted on it? Maybe you would have better luck on Craig's list. I employee nationally and Sales Jobs allows me to post unlimited job posts in every market for a fraction of the absurd cost of Monster or the others. All along I thought it was a smart business decision until you enlightened me that it is a place for scams and riff raff. WOW is there nothing sacred anymore.
Again, thank you for allowing me to waste my time defending my honor and saving your time. Definitely your approach to finding a legitimate businesses still alive and kicking out there has a lot to be desired. I simply can't imagine you talking to one of my potential clients with a mental demeanor such as that. Gosh, I've just spent all my time that was allocated for you. I wish you well in your search for a non riff raff career.

Please be aware of this type of attitude if you decide to contact them. There is no public record of this company anywhere, nor the man's name. As you can see, I never called EZ Check Pro a riff raff company. He simply assumed I was by not acknowledging that there are companies out there with no real opportunity, just a way to make a buck and run. Hence, no way to validate an address or way to check out the company. Not sure if he is one of those or not, I didn't get that far, don't let it go that way for you. He could have understood the dilemma that most of us are in trying to weed through the riff raff we get from all job sites, so we can get to the real and good ones that contact us. He could have then answered my questions. Maybe its because he is the only one who is working this awesome opportunity and there are no references to give? One thing is for sure, the written word is a powerful thing and hopefully he understands that now.
Sales jobs.com for the record is an excellent resource and this is in no way their fault and shouldn't prevent you from using their services.
In conclusion, I simply replied to the man "Successful people don't have to explain themselves."

I work for ezcheckpro.com and live in las vegas also and have been paid exactly what I was owed. We sell the EPS 90 product as does many independent organizations. Yes we do charge alot, but thats the beauty of america, capitalism. People sell stuff all the time for way more than its worth. Keep in mind that we guarantee the service and pay on bad checks. some businesses have had so many bad checks cross their desk that this service is worth the extra money. also, it is true that there are cheaper versions of this, however NONE of them offer all the services we do. as for lease cancellations, the leases are not cancel-able, nor are any leases that exist for that matter. I am sorry you had such a bad experience, but this is the world of commission sales. Most companies that do commission sales don't pay until they get paid. I suggest you find a job that involves an hourly rate. I should also add that this is a business service and we are not a financial institute. Feel free to rebut with any concerns, however EPS, our parent company has a A+ rating at the better business bureau, and if all they did was lie they would not have been in business for 24 years. I love working for this company. I think that the original posters main concern is that he couldn't sell and didn't make money, and in this economy, that would upset anyone. I have only sold 3 units but have been paid on them all and so far, am making what I was told. I hope it says that way.
