EZdollar Club - ezdollarclub.com I paid $1.97 to join club. Received two passwords. Unable to log on with either password. But am getting billed $78.14 monthly on credit card. 800 number they list on credit card statement does not Internet

Signed up for $1.98 with ezdollar.com.  Was billed for $78.14 in November.  I never tried to sign on again even tho they sent me two passwords.  I disputed the charges with Credit Card company.  On Dec 23,  they billed me for $78.14 again.  Therefore I finally decided to log on and find out what was going on.  Neither my user name or password was recognized by them.  Called the 800 number listed on credit card statements.  Unable to call from my area I was advised. Called my credit card company to dispute the charges again.  (operator was located in India).  Also Googled ezdollarclub and lo and behold, seems they have been scamming a lot of people.
