This company contracted to move (relocate) myself and my mother by providing two 26ft trucks and 2 guys per truck to drive aprox 300mi for relocation, and load and unload at destinations on Oct 19 + 20 2008. Upon delivery, a Clay Outside Firepit was broken and the guys took it back with them for the company to reimburse, to which they are ignoring us on now too. After getting all the items in both households unpacked we each discovered several missing items. I faxed a list and letter to the company stating this. I received a call from the person that received that fax, stating how horrible that is and the manager would call me back tomorrow.

Two days passed and I called the manager back, and she basically accused me of lying, but said they would investigate and their Attorney would get back to me. The Attorney has never called nor have they even reimbursed for the broken Firepit. They won't return calls and have us on ignore. The value of the Clay Firepit is $500.00. The value of all the missing items is $910.00. I included the value on the list of missing items that was faxed to the company ON NOV 3, 2008. Also washing machine repair cost $70.00 to me, careless movers.
