Before a year I signed up for a Ezilon priority listing, then my client discotinue with me and I want to also discountiue with the ezilon.com directory but there is no way to cancel your subscription. After a year they directly deducted from my credit card. When I tried to contact them there are few options to contact them which are also not working.
I filled up their contact form http://www.ezilon.com/contactus.php and nothing happen, they never replied to me. I contacted them to discountinue my listing and process a refund but no answer.
Then I tried to create a trouble ticket http://www.ezilon.com/contacts/helpdesk/new_ticket.php?tab=tickets but again all failed, I attempted to login but their login system is not working. I also created a new trouble ticket but I never got any reply.
Tool free number: 1-800-929-1589 : I tried this number as well and there is only answering machine nothing happen. I tried this number several time but all time there is no one to attain a call just an answering machine.
Then I tried to search for their Whois data and I found this email address info@ezilonsearch.com I contacted them on this address and still waiting for their reply.
Ezilon is a big fraud directory and its frustrating when you are not able to contact them in any way.
I am really stuck and dont know how to discontinue my service with them and get my refund.
Dont submit your website in Ezilon.com

Contact Form not Working is Now Fixed

For some few days our contact form and forms with send email has been faulty.Please note we have corrected the contact us problem, now all users can easily contact us using the forms from our site or tickets.
We do process refunds when requested as per our standard practice and have been providing a reputable services since 2002.
The current person who reported this incident happens to use our contact form when it was faulty, we have fully refunded him and the issue is now settled.
For any reason anyone who wanted to reach us should always use our contact form or our tickets platform as follows, we will be too happy to attend to them promptly.
