Beware of ripoff scam- If you are looking for injet cartridges for your printer do not fall prey to this company. Ordered products online 8/27/06- my credit card was charged immediately.
Company claims to have shipped on 8/27/06 as per their electronic invoice. Site claims shipments leave plant within 2 days from order. Typical order delivery 7 days unless express post or UPS next day fees are collected.
After 2 weeks and no receipt of goods, began calling LD daily. Only voice attendant available. Message, "press 1 and leave message for call back" Of course no call back and today is 9/19/06. Have sent 7 e-mails and no response as well.
Checked today with LA's BBB and guess what they have 267 complaints for same reason; however 16 were resolved with full refunds.However, 224 have gone unanswered and 11 unasigned. Company moves to new location and Viola the scam continues.
Have sent electronifc complaint to the Office of Attorney General Bill Lockyer in CA. Suggests everyone does same.
