EZpassNY Scam NY tolls Internet **Author of this Report is NOT CONFIRMED**

 I traveled from Kentucky, where I've lived for almost three years now, to Massachusetts and went through ezpass tollbooths. My transponder was from when I lived in Massachusetts, but before my trip my husband updated the address to our Kentucky address. Even with my Kentucky plates and Kentucky registration and a transponder with our Kentucky address, they sent my toll bill to my mother's house. My mother doesn't open my mail, and only tells me I received mail if it's foreboding. She tells me I received a second notification of a toll violation from NY and I had her open it and give me the details. They're trying to charge me over $100 in late fees for $18 of tolls I never received the initial bills to. I called to alert them to the situation and they sent a THIRD notice to my moms house even after I gave them the address they should be using. I'm sure they're aiming to send it to collections. I've called again and been given the run around. They try to claim it must be my registration, I say it's been registered in KY for 3 years... it's their fault. I'm not paying them a dime over the initial tolls.
