My daughter bought a bathing suit from these people for $32.26. They have a 5 day return policy that begins from the date of the delivery to your home. Thus begins the return process. She emails them, per their website for an RMA# several times and gets no response. She begins calling them at the 800 number of which only accepts voice messages and doesn't ever give you the options to speak to an operator. We have left as many as 10 messages and not a single one was returned. Now we are conveniently and significantly past the return date and stuck with a bathing suit that doesn't fit properly. No one has ever returned her emails or ever returned her call messages. I am super pissed off because they have taken her money and she is a student!! How freaking lame is it to steal money from a student?!! These people are thieves on purpose! The whole website is set up to look legit but none of the links click to anything that is helpful in getting in touch with a person of assistance. I believe they sell merchandise and never intend to refund or exchange.
