I have documented Ezrentlist's fraudulent practices. Basically they charge you $60 for "exclusive listings" for apartments in California. In reality, these are PULLED FROM THE CLASSIFIEDS and are usually old, out of date, and they flat-out lie about their prices. They use comment spam to give their site high Google rankings. No owners accept their credit check, and they refuse to give a refund.

In my opinion, Ezrentlist amounts to nothing more than a phishing site.
