EZTAXRETURN has been told 5 times who I am on their own site and with my personal email address and my personal log in information and each time they tell me they are looking into my claim for the discount.   How much time do they need?   Now they have resorted to juvenile name calling.  This alone should tell everyone what kind of a business they are running.  EZSTAXRETURN needn't bother to respond to this because I am done with the likes of them.  Case Closed.

Not Identified myself?  Are you kidding?  I have identified myself 5 times on the EZTAXRETURN site.  (I certainly won't do it here for all of the world to see) .  I certainly am not a competitor and suggesting that I am only makes EZTAXRETURN look bad.  The excuse of not being able to identify me is bogus and phony and looks to me to be just a tactic used so they don't have to honor their offer.

The person making this complaint has not identified himself/herself and is not identifiable in our program by the name Garth. We question if this complaint is real, or a nasty competitor. We have no way of contacting the person making this complaint because we don't know his/her email address and have no other information whatsoever. If your complaint is real, and if you want us to honor a discount, please identify yourself so we can investigate and resolve any issue.

Update.  EZTAXRETURN.COM saw this rip off report, contacted me and said they would take care of this.  That was 10 days ago.  I have heard nothing from them.  DO NOT use these people !
