I ordered a product over the phone from Ezwathpro-Automated Video Systems aka EZWatchStore.com for which I paid $179.24. I received order confirmation and invoice via email.

However, I was not able to use the $179.24 Ezwatchpro-Automated Video Systems product at all, because the product was deffective, useless! I called tech support and they confirmed the product was useless.

When I called Ezwatchpro-Automated Video Systems customer service they told me they will repair the deffective product and send it back to me! I explained that the product was originally deffective so I wuoldn't accept a deffective product after repaired because I paid $179.24 for a brand new product in good working conditions.

So I asked to speak to an Ezwatchpro-Automated Video Systems supervisor who happend to be James Darnell who adviced me he was the "top of the company" and insisted on send me the same item that came originally deffective after he repair it.

Thus, I asked Ezwatchpro-Automated Video Systems "top of the company" James Darnell for a full $179.24 refund as his satisfaction guaranteed states on my invoice, which he refused saying his company doesnt offer any refunds. So I adviced James Darnell to please do the right thing because I would file a complaint with the BBB, Mr. James Darnell told me "go ahead, I don't care."

Then, I asked Ezwatchpro-Automated Video Systems "top of the company" James Darnell to provide me with the company's legal department because I will file in small claims court. Ezwatchpro-Automated Video Systems "top of the company" James Darnell told me to go ahead and get the information myself at their website www.EZWatchStore.com.

Despite of the Ezwatchpro-Automated Video Systems 30 days satisfaction guarantee on the bottom of my invoice, Mr. James Darnell didn't hesitate to yell, talk over, and hang up on me refusing to give me a refund.

Here is Ezwatchpro satisfaction guarantee as stated on my invoice:

"We guarantee all of our products for complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied, return your purchase within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price (not including shipping & handling). A RMA number (Return Material Authorization) must be received prior to returning any equipment by call our customer support number prior to returning an item. All returned items must be shipped FULLY INSURED. This respects our right to have the items returned to us promptly, and insures the product against any damage which may result outside of your control. The returned items MUST be in 100% original condition and in original packaging."

EZWatch Pro-Automated Video Systems is a rip off because they sent me a deffective product and Ezwatchpro-Automated Video Systems refuses to refund me $179.24.

Then, I called again and spoke to Chuck Miller who yelled at me from the top of his lungs and told me that James Darnell already told me there's no refund whatsoever. Chuck Miller also told me that James Darnell was the top of the company and they didn't have any manager on top of James Darnell.

So, I asked him to provide me with the information to file with small claims court to what Chuck Miller also told me to go ahead and find it at their website. Since I didn't see the information on their website, I asked Chuck Miller to give me the website to see if I was on the wrong site. Chuck Miller put me on hold forever and never came back.

I reviewed the entire website and found no information about who to direct any legal communications. So, I contacted the live help.

I spoke to "Joe" and explained the issue. Joe told me he'll research what he could do for me. Then, "Joe" told me there's no refund in their policy and "Joe" became James Darnell.

Joe, the live help told me "you are chatting with James Darnell" "have a nice day"

EZWatch Pro-Automated Video Systems is a rip off because they sent me a deffective product and Ezwatchpro-Automated Video Systems refuses to refund me $179.24.

EZWatch Pro-Automated Video Systems offered to honor their Satisfaction Guarantee. Today July 25, 2008 I received voicemail and email messages from Mr. Darnell in which inform me of his efforts to resolve the refund matter amicably.

Nor only Mr. Darnell apologized for the misunderstanding but offered a full refund upon return of the product.

I regret I couldn't enjoy their exclusive products but EZWatch Pro proves to be a Pro when in comes to resolving customers concerns.

Thanks EZWatch Pro for holding high business ethics.

I will not hesitate to purchase your products in the near future.
