Dear Sirs/Madams

I ordered facereplen cream and I paid $12.47 for shipping. On the 14th day of my order, the company charged me $300.00 for the cost of the cream. I want a refund, as I had never agreed with any terms and conditions and cancelled any future order 16 days after the receipt of the ordered merchandise.
