FaceReplen Nuvella contacted them 10 times since May, said sending refund ck to me in 10 business day, but still no ck Toronto ON Canada Internet

On April 9, 2017, I ordered "Free Samples" of Nuvella skin care products - ' just pay shipping". I received order confirmation that a charge for $7.69 and $5.79 would be processed n my credit card.

Subsequently I received 2 very small sample tubes of the cream. While reviewing my bank statement that I see that I was charged $131.01 on April 23 from a company called Greatproteinhelp.com and #140.16 on April 27 from a company called Alphafbinfo.com. After some research I discovered that both there companies name are associated with Nuvella. I called the company to complain and ask for my money back and the man said that I have only paid for the shipping and the charges were now for the two creams buth both fit into the palm of my hand. I said that I had not evern tried the creams and that I was returning them and that I wanted a full refund. But they said that they could only refund me 25 percent. And they will mail me a cheque in 10 business days.  

So far I still have not received the refund check. My first call to them was on My 17, then I called on the following dates:

June 1, June 20, July 4, July 24, July 26, Aug 8, Aug 24.

Every time, they told me that the check is on the way to me. But still no check. 

Please help.
