I was wrongfully fired because i received a citation on a trailor for brakes out of adjustment, i paid the ticket, they did not pay me back the money i was out.We went to unemployment hearing board and they were proved to be at fault for faulty equipment,they were looking for an excuse to fire me so they would not have to give me a newer truck as they said they were going to, instead they gave it to another driver with less senority.They also lied about how they were paying there drivers,they also come up short on your paychecks somtimes and you would have to wait to get the money you earned.This happened on more than several occasions,their equipment is also very old and bad you might make it to the destination and back without the equipment breaking down.They will also lie to other companies that you apply to for work.I have been told this by several other companies.
