Factory buys Direct Product is under warranty and I have had to pay to have stove inspected, take pictures and will have to pay to have this appliance shipped back. Bowling Green Kentucky

Gas stove was purched through the internet. The stove is still under warranty. It weigh 60 lbs approximately. I have paid to have the stove inspected, and pictures and more pictures. Then the company wants me to pay to have the stove returned to them for repair. Again all this at my expense. They were rude and refused to talk. They first said to send stove back (at my expense) with the logs, then without the logs,

then a part only but would not tell me or sent the name of the part or a picture of the part as promised. Then they changed stories and said I must sent the stove back at my expense to them. One person just said "You can't sent this stove back" before I had a change to speak. If my washer or refrigerator has problems, I do not sent them back. They are difficult and some of them just out right rude.
