Honest, Dependable and in your corner I just picked up my Lincoln Aviator a few hours ago from these guys and my husband and I could not be more impressed with their level of service. When I first called for an estimate on replacing the flywheel of our vehicle the owner of the company gave me a penny by penny breakdown of what it would cost and why. They went out of their way to return our starter that was still under warranty instead of charging us for a new one. When we picked up the vehicle it was a little dirty on the inside so my husband went in just to get a rag to wipe down the steering wheel and seat and instead the owner came out and cleaned it himself. The price was way under budget since they helped us save money wherever they could. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! We live in Ocoee and will drive out to Altamonte any day to get transmission work done by these guys!!!!

These folks helped me and my family out of a jam... I highly recommend them for fair pricing, fast service, friendly staff and knowlegable staff. I do post on several sites about this company. I post because I want to warn people so that what happened to us won't happen to anyone else. When this happened to us we tried to deal with the owner..... we complained several times and he did absolutely nothing! I would have pursued some kind of legal action but I left the Orlando area soon after and haven't been back. I have no problem paying for legitimate repairs but I don't want to be scammed out of money..... I don't want that to happen to anybody.

I have never made a complaint about a business before in my life.......... but these people have outraged me so. We lost so much money because of them. Because of this we ended up having to buy a new car because that one wasn't any good to us anymore. This company says they have a good reputation that's not so. From what I know of it, they are constantly closing up shop and moving and having to open under new names. Actually the location that we went to on Lee blvd. is supposedly shut down.

Every positive review made about this company is made by either the owner or Erik.......... some even have Erik's name on them. If you look up this company and read all the reviews you'll realize that all the positive ones are made solely by them. I'll admit I made several posts about them, some responses were made because of comments or threats they made to me. I was also angered when they thought I was another customer and decided to post their name, add. email add., and phone number. If that wasn't enough they got on the same site pretending to be someone else and claimed the person was a criminal. They also said they would contact DCF and say their spouse was a drug dealer.

Who would believe that some random person that just "happens" to know that customer would also just "happen" to be on that site. I would put up a link to that site but I don't want to compromise that person anymore than they have already been. Tell me, what legitimate company would do this? Good descent companies don't spend their time attacking people that post reviews. They also don't put up personal info and slander people in a effort to try and make someone stop posting...... unless what's being said about the company is true. They want me to tell them who I am so they can do to me what they did to that customer......that's not happening!

This claim is made by a person who is only trying to hurt the reputation of a company with a great BBB rating and has helped thousands of people save money. This person is cut and pasting  negative fake reviews on every single website we advertise on. If this were a real customer they would have contacted us months ago when we offered to resolve this so-called issue. They have chosen not to resolve anything but instead has wasted so much time online posting, then taunting us with personal messages and links to their fake reviews. We currently have the Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement, a private investigator and a internet expert working to track this person through their URL and IP address to pursue State and Federal charges of Fraud, Extortion, Slander, Cyber Bullying and much more.
Factory Direct Transmission has an outstanding reputation for good quality, affordable pricing, honesty, integrity and perhaps trying too hard to make everyone happy. If this were a real customer we'll say this one last time.
