factory direct windows and doors they are not honoring the life time warranty york, Pennsylvania

we purchased a garden window 10 yrs age. we have had problems with the right side window crank system

they repaired it twice and they say we over crank it. we have 3 other windows just like it and they work fine.

it takes them months to get back to us when we call.

we reported them to the state attorney general and they said they have another part ordered.

that was over a month ago and we haven't heard anything from them.

i called the office and left a message for the manager to call me twice. he won't return my calls.

it sounds to me that he lied to the state attorney about ordering the part.

the last message i left , i said if i don't hear from him this week he will hear from my attorney. he still hasn't called.
