The advertisement I saw at FadBus.com lead a person to believe that they were getting one thing and then after paying for the order, I was told that I was getting something else.

After I found that out, I told them to cancel my order, but I was told that I could not cancel the order and I should have read the rules on ordering.  I went back to the website and no where could I find any rules about ordering.

So I decided that I would give the items to my neighboor's kid for his birthday.  I was told that the items were shipped out on Jan 19, 2012 and that it would take 10-20 business day to get.  So according to their shipping schedule, the items would be here in time for his birthday.  Well, his birthday came and went and nothing arrived.

I wrote to FadBus.com and asked them where my order was.  I was told by Karen that I needed to wait another 7-8 days and if still nothing to write back.  She also told me that it could take up to 45 days for the order to arrive.  Amee also answered my email and said that I should wait another 7 days and that it can take up to 60 days for my order to arrive.

So I waited, and still nothing.  I emailed them back and was told, "As you know, international transportation is riskful.  Delivery conditions to your country is not so ideal too."  Please wait for another 5 days and if you still not receive your orders we will take immediate action and refund your money.

5 days came and went and still no orders.  Then I am told, "Thanks for your email.  We are sorry for your waiting.  All your 10 orders we have sent out on 1/19/2012.  Because they are surface mails, you and me don't have tracking number.  We can't track the orders.  Now you said among the 10 orders, you haven't received one?  Are you sure that you haven't received any?"

Then I am told that they wil refund my money, but they have to take the cost of postage out.  Now all 10 orders were for the same item.  I was told that I would have to pay the following:

4 @ 0.29  1 @ 0.30  4 @ 0.40  and 1 @ 1.17.  I wanted to know why so much difference for the postage because all the items are the same.  I was told that they used different packages so the weight of the packages are different and of course the postage would then be different.  Okay, but why was one 1.17?

Then I am told that they will won't refund any of my money.  After I write back, Karen tells me that they are issuing me a refund and it will take 1-3 working days before it is in my account.  After waiting for 5 days, there was no refund.  When I wrote back asking about it, I was told, "We forget this kind of order can not be cancel.  Please send another US 1.89 extra for each item so we can send them registered."

I again asked for a refund and again I was told, "We are issuing you a refund and it will take 1-3 working days before it is credited into your account."  Again, 5 days later and nothing than again I am told, "We forget this kind of order can not be cancel.  Please send another US 1.89 extra for each item so we can send them registered."

That went back and forth at least 6 times.  The same thing, you are getting a refund.  No, we forget we can not cancel this kind of order.  Send us more money.  Then I was basically blamed for not getting the orders.  And they also had the nerve to tell me, "We are out of the cost of the items and postage and you are not."  What?  I am out of my money because I didn't receive anything.

And again, they keep telling me to send them more money so they can send my order by registered mail.  I don't want the d**n things now.

But one of the big jokes of all this is, they keep saying, "Sorry for the inconvenice and thanks for your understanding in advance."  This is not an inconvenice as they call it, it has been nothing but a train wreck.

But the biggest joke of all is:  Money-Back-Guarantee-For 45 Days.  It reads: "A failure on receiving within 45 days after your payment, we would fully refund you unconditionally."   I don't see anywhere in that statement where it says only certain orders will be refunded.  I understand it as ALL orders will be refunded.  So they do not back up their own refund guarantee.

I know what I have lost is only $16.90, but it is the principle of it.  When a companys customer service person says that they are going to refund your money, than either the company should refund it or the customer service person who said that should refund the money.

This company does not keep their word.  If you see an advertisement from them, run don't walk, as fast as you can away from them.
