I was ripped off by this company when they were trading as www.dutyfreedepot.com. I placed 2 orders (accidentally as their website was so dodgy it gave you no indication the order had been completed).
I was sent 1 of the 2 orders. I then received an e-mail from the company saying they had trouble with their payment company (yeah, right!)... and that I should tell my bank not to accept the first payment (too late - it went through ages ago), and to expect payment to be taken under a different name. I responded to them saying they had already got the first payment and that I don't want to be charged again. They promised I wouldn't be charged again, but I was. They then told me I'd get a refund. After several weeks of e-mails back and forth they stoped replying, ignoring all further mails of mine.
I can believe they are still trading, but couldn't believe I couldn't find further 'rip-off reports' on this dodgy company. Their new websites (fagsdepot.co.uk and cigaretteshop.us) are more dodgy than the old ones, no address, e-mail or phone number given on their site (expect one mail-to link to their site designer - I doubt that works).
Just doing my bit to report this dodgy Israel based company. Would be nice if a google search listed the 'rip-off reports' higher than the link to the actual company (at present a search in google shows nothing).
Oh, and there may be a few more rip-off reports filed if the process was a bit easier... What a long, convoluted pain in the neck!

I have ordered from these companies and i live in the states. Sure i have to wait 3 weeks maybe even a month to receive my smokes but its worth it. I think that depending on certain countries, customs might not allow for people to purchase these smokes. Because of course you have some knuckle heads buying bulks of these smokes and re-selling them for profit. Over 50.00 for carton of marlboro's in the states. 25.00 or less on some of these sites. Worth it!!

I have been a customer of dutyfreedepot.com for over a year now. I have never had a problem with my orders that the good people in their Customer Service Department couldn't solve.
I had trouble once with credit card payment, but that was a problem with my bank processing International Transactions. That was no fault of dutyfreedepot.com.
In my experience, most problems arise for the lack of follow-up, unwillingness to contact Customer Service of the company that is being dealt with, or just plain computer illiteracy.
As a long-time satisfied customer of dutyfreedepot.com, I say "keep up the good work"!

I am here to confirm to you that Dutyfreedepot is not a ripoff. We are bound by customs international laws and cannot deviate from that path otherwise we wouldn't be here today!
Dutyfreedepot did not operate in full last year for technical reasons that had to do with Customs relocation.
I believe that during this time, a few customers did not receive their goods
and were ignored for the simple reason that even basic operations were placed on hold.
