I bought a storm shelter from them in the begining of October. I wasn't home, but my husband was when they put it in. When I got home, I noticed it did not look like the picture on their website. It was an in the ground storm shelter and on one side it sits about 4 feet off the ground. I called them crying (the same day) asking them to come back and move the shelter, that it looked horrible where it was. The lady said they will be by in 2 to 3 weeks to decide what needed to be done. I called her after the 3 weeks and she said they will be there in 2 to 3 weeks. Finally, after those 3 weeks, I spoke with Freddy and asked him why he hasn't come out. He said "there wasen't any reason to" I told him there was. the storm shelter needed to be moved. After e-mails (which I kept..to them and from them)they agreed to come by and move it...for $500! The shelter looks so horrible where it is, I agreed to pay them when it is moved...I'm still waiting for them to come by and it has been 3 months! Here's something else, Freddy told me he has actually been in town!!! He told me this when he said there was no reason for him to come by. I realize my husband did not say anything, he should have, but this is about customer service after the sale. I feel they took my money and ran. They do not care about the customer once the initial check is in hand. I am now stuck with a very expensive eyesore in the back yard and their commitment to come by... I'm still waiting. I don't feel I should have to pay since I waited 3 months. what does the public think?
