FAIR RIDE SEDAN HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! MOST ABUSIVE TAXI SERVICE IN AZ, STAY AWAY!! Gilbert, Arizona

I am a driver for Fair Ride Sedan and they are honest people who would take a loss before they would over charge someone. Nick, Bennie and Artie have all made me feel like part of the family since I started with them. They treat all thier customers with respect and would never change a quoted price.

The twenty dollars for the amount of miles each way is what we charge still to this day. They have not raised the prices from that in the two years since you have rode with them. Is it possible it was someone who maybe used to work for them and was let go for some reason?

Of course I must mention one other thing here, we both know that a trip to the Post Office can be an all day event, the lines never seem to move. I have to wonder, how long did you leave the driver waiting for you as you went through the Post Office. We have to charge a waiting time just as the other companies would charge as well. We are perhaps one of the lower priced cars for a waiting period. Did you maybe even slow down as  bit knowing that you had already been quoted a price? Also did you even call the office number to report this? Thats exactly what I would have done since I took the time to file report that every one would see.

last of all I guess all I can say about the part of not knowing where he was going is that I am glad I did not get you during my first week or two of training because I probably would not still have  this job that I love. I meet so many wonderful people. My first couple of weeks during traing there were some places that I had not been and I could not afford a GPS the first day so I did need to ask cross streets once in awhile. Everyone was so understanding and also ask for me when they come back and need a driver. I can not imagine one of them being as rude to me as you say you were when someone could have been learning thier way around town after recently being hired. Thank goodness for the people who realize not everyone was born with ESP on knowing it all.I guess that is all I will say right now other that the fact that if you have not tried Fair Ride Sedan please do not judge us until you have tried us for yourself. I am sorry you were not pleased with our service, hopefully you will let us make it up to you if you come back into town.
