Fairbanks Capital, calmco - olympus ripoff corruption dirty SOB's rip off scam con artists swindlers Jacksonville Florida

Fairbanks has just taken over my mortgage from Calmco/Olympus servicing. Starting in Sept. I'm going through all the disgusting, corupt, scamming that these other poor people have been going through that I have been reading about ie: Missing checks, 2 demand letters in the first month "YOU MAY LOSE YOUR HOME", Nasty long ignorant phone comunication, etc etc.

I have proof of payments by posted checks that I have had to fax to them. Mailed on the 1st and posted on the 15th?????????? as usual as thier business style seems to be with all thier clients in order to charge late fees.

I'm on high anxiety waiting to see what the next move these mobsters will try. I'm actually becoming ill after reading of the way these thugs have delt with so many hundreds of people.

I'm scared of trying to refinance after reading how they will up the price owed them. But it seems like they only thing to do before they distroy my PERFECT credit history of never haveing a late payment in my life. I will return to update how my situation is going with these scumbags.If someone can explain to me about "class action suit" I have a feeling that I would like to be a part of it.
