Fairbanks Capital Corp, Possible Equicredit Corp aka Bank of America ripoff! Fraudulent charges of insurance, when coverage was provided; filed for forclosure when payments had been made and posted to account. Florida, Utah

My loan was originally w/Equicredit. They tried forclosing on my loan. I had made two pymts and they still proceeded. Equicredit and Fairbanks have the same address in Jax, FL as listed above. Equicredit is AKA Bank of America. I received a letter informing me my loan was sold to Fairbanks. Therefore I filed for bkrpt. The monies they claimed I owed were included in the bkrpt., which two of them I had made. Since then I've made payments in the bkrpt of $1080.00 and two quick collect payments of $1700.00.

Also, they added insurance charges of $989. to an escrow account, which I never had one set up with them. I myself and the insurance company have sent numerous certificates of coverage and to date they've not credited the account. I had the ins. co. submit a letter indicating I've had coverage on my home since 1993 tp present. And it has not mattered one bit!!!!

No one NEVER return any of your calls. You get NO WHERE fast with ALL personnel of Fairbanks and they all are very rude, well at lest 98% of them. You would thinks it's a family affiar. It's very fustrating and detrimental to deal with them. This company needs to be put OUT OF BUSINESS!!

They also added late charges when they see fit. They post pymts to your account late. They have even refused a quick collect pymt and sent it back to me. How far fetched can this be?? They are full of games and plenty of tricks
