Fairbanks Capital Corp ripoff extortion fraud mortgage racketeering Jacksonville Florida

What my family has been going through with Fairbanks is the same as everyone else here.They pull bogus fee's out of thin air, hold timely payments, apply them late so that they can collect late fee's and attempt to justify the various other ridiculous fee's they then charge on top of it. They apparently have no proof of ANYONES insurance, no matter how many times you fax it, your insurance company fax's it, your lawyer fax's it, your state senator fax's it. ect ect. They've "lost" payments, misapplied payments, you name it. Anything to make you appear in default when you are not.

Somehow I managed to rack up $400 in "late fee's" in one month,according to Fairbanks, dispite paying my mortgage on time every month. Today when I asked why their insurance department shows having proof of insurance yet they still are charging me for it, I was hung up on. It just blows my mind that this corrupt company hasnt been shut down yet. My advice to everyone here is to complain and keep on complaining to every government official you can contact. Your state listings are in your phone book. Eventually somebody HAS to listen. If they dont, keep complaining until they have no choice.
