Fairbanks Capital Corp. Yet another victim Salt Lake City Etc. Nationwide

Everything that I have seen in the reports about this company are exactly the same things which happened to me.My advice for anyone who has a mortage with these folks would be to run,not walk to the nearest attys office! Make sure that You keep careful track of all payments made & a log of all phone calls or other contacts.If You should have a fee charged for one of their many reasons --DO NOT wait before seeking legal help -do not assume that speaking with them on the phone will do any good whatsoever.Do not assume that just because You are told that the problem has been corrected that -that is really the case.This Company exists for one purpose only & that is to prey on people with high risk mortages & to do anything to push them into forclosure. I wonder what part this co. played in the collaspe of FreddieMac & Fannie Mae? I also wonder where the ex. C/O of Fairbanks is now & what his newest scam might be?
