Fairbanks Capital Corp./Select Portfolio ripoff Jacksonville Florida

It might sound odd but it's somewhat of a relief to read that so many other people have been treated by Fairbanks in like manner. It too is depressing to read that this scum company is still allowed to operate in America even after paying out 40 million dollars to a class action suit.

My stellar credit rating is out the window ever since Equi-Credit transfered my mortgage to this Scum Rip-off comany called fairbanks. I cannot take advantage of the present day extremely low interest on home equity loans because of what Fairbanks has done to me.

I have proved every mortgage payment made to Fairbanks in addition to the ones they requested. This has gone on for more than two years. When they could not come up with any other dates, they started from the beginning stating that they didn't have the information I allegedly submitted. Yes, I am doing this through a lawyer I hired but it's not a priority case for him. He's only a two lawyer office.

Words can not describe my anger at these scum@#%s. I have been insulted on the telephone by agents of this company. I have also talked with more that 18 loan reps.
I participated in the class action suit and received a check of about ten percent of the monies in question. Great! Wonderful!! What was Fairbanks next move? Now they don't except my mortgage payments at all and are now sending me bills for their lawyers fees and other horse's a*s fees.

I'm not stopping here. I plan to write to all my state and elected officials stating my case accompanied by reports found on this web site and other consumer advocate sites.

I'm not too worried about the outcome because I am a child of the Most High God and I'm confident that Fairbanks and all those involved will get their deserved do.
