Fairbanks Capital/ SelectPortfolio, is up to thier old tricks again. No sooner than they think the coast is clear on the Lawsuit they just got hit with. They start trying to collect it all back. Has anyone notice that you now have more unexplained charges. I do and have written this bunch twice in the last 60 days with no results.

So here's what we do write this email address down
( lmorris@ftc.gov )this is the Lady in charge of the FTC. Set down and write her a email and explain your sitution to her. That's what I am going to do. Let's don't let this thing with Fairbanks Capital just keep going. Let the FTC know what they are up too. Because the way I see it Fairbanks is in Violation of the Agreement.

The only way for anyone to deal with this company is to fine someone to put them out of business totally.

Don't let them get away with it this time, Stand up and Fight.
