Select Portfolio Servicing, Fairbanks Capital we have hit foreclosure once before and we are near that again. We have our own homeowners insurance, and charge us extra for their insurance. They charge us late fees and return check fees, we pay western union. They have recently send out a demand letter in the amount of 2,318.08 please help before i sign agreement to repay. as a morgage company i have been with them since they were first fairbanks capital. I didnt start havein any problems until they were bought or renamed select portfolio servicing,inc. they have lost payments and are charging for things that we already provide for our homes saftey like insurance and taxes. They also are charging returned check fees and late fees that add up and we pay western union. we now have been sent a default letter in the demand of 2349.85 that must be paid in 30 days or again we will enter foreclousure actions. itimize the 2349.85, 404.65 is late fees, 117.48 late charges, insurance 117.48 other fees 65.00. i hae proof of insurance and i have proff of them electronially deducting 1800.00 out of my bank account that hasnt ever been applied to my blance becasue they say it was never done.
