Another scam that select portfolio servicing is do to us we payed our own taxes and insurance on our house I went to try and refiance with someone else and call the tax office up to see what our total taxes was and come to find out that most of had already been paid we got behind and was making payments on our 2002 taxes but our 2003 was paid in full by us and 2004 was half paid by sps my insurance was paid by us and now they are saying that they are going to do an escrow on us not and make our payment 75.00 more a month we paid 467.25 before and now they are going to be over 542.00 now how is this possible when we paid on our taxes and insurance ourself for 3 year now. I am so sick of this people it is something new everyday with them and I am like everyone else how come the gov. want do anything to this people just let them take our home from us and they sit there and do nothing. so If anyone has any info if this is legal or not please let me know.
